| Scotch ‘n Soda is owned and captained by Ram Edghill and is moored and operates from in front of the Sandy Beach Hotel. For the novice Ram runs a dive class from the Southern Palms Beach Club Hotel on St Lawrence Gap at 10.30 a.m. on a Tuesday morning and from where after a little tuition he will take you to see and experience first hand the sights of Carlisle Bay where in shallow and clear waters you can swim around six wrecks and see abundant sea life, the perfect first dive. For the more experienced divers there are either the reefs where turtles are abundant or if you prefer dive in the deep areas of Carlisle Bay for antique bottles.
